Franklin Caraballo, CPA, is the Managing Partner of Caraballo CPA, where he helps businesses navigate accounting, tax, financial reporting, and business challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
With more than 18 years of accounting and advisory experience, Franklin has worked with businesses across a wide range of industries, including restaurants, professional services, product distribution, nonprofit organizations, real estate, construction, manufacturing, investment funds... Franklin's broad industry experience allows him to understand the unique financial and operational challenges business owners face and provide practical guidance tailored to their needs.
Before leading Caraballo CPA, Franklin gained valuable experience with nationally recognized accounting firms, including Crowe Horwath and BDO. His background in planning and executing financial statement audits gave him a strong foundation in financial reporting, internal controls, business processes, and risk management—experience he now brings to closely held businesses and entrepreneurs.
Franklin works closely with clients throughout the year to help them better understand their numbers, improve financial processes, stay compliant, and make informed business decisions.
